The eco-friendly Swiss Water decaffeination process uses simple water science to remove the caffeine.  Most use chemical solvents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate to strip caffeine molecules from the green coffee bean.  What you will find is that the Swiss Water method does not remove the taste.  This decaf coffee is outstanding and dare you to give this to your friends and see if they even notice it is decaf.  Cupping note: a nutty taste with creamy finish.
